NT016 / NT017 - The Fourth Gospel (English / Greek)

This unit provides an introduction to the Gospel according to John. As well as telling the story of Jesus, this much-loved Gospel contains a great deal of important theology in relation to the person and work of Christ, the role of the Holy Spirit, and the mission of the church. Students will look at important critical issues such as authorship, purpose, and historical reliability, then undertake an exegetical analysis of selected chapters.
