ED930 Contemporary Cultural Issues for Educators

An under-recognized feature of all leadership is the connection of mental maps between those leading and those being led. In a rapidly changing culture, the mental maps of school leaders and experienced teachers can be significantly different from the students, or indeed some recently graduated teachers.

This unit helps school leaders and experienced teachers to understand the concerns of their students and thereby be more effective as educational leaders and teachers.
