Master of Counselling
The Master of Counselling degree can be completed full-time over 2 years and provides professional training in counselling with a focus on integrating counselling practice with a biblically sound Christian worldview.
Professional counsellors have a profound influence on the lives of their clients in helping them to understand and interpret their life and circumstances. Studying counselling at Morling College will prepare you to respond authentically to your client's needs and problems within a clear biblical and theological framework.
These courses are awarded through Morling College Ltd (Provider ID: PRV12034) and accredited under the self-accrediting authority approved by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA).
The Master of Counselling degree can be completed full-time over 2 years and provides professional training in counselling with a focus on integrating counselling practice with a biblically sound Christian worldview.
The Graduate Diploma of Counselling can be completed full-time over one year and can be considered as one half of the Master of Counselling. The Graduate Diploma is surrendered by students who go on to complete the Master of Counselling. Units are available on-campus and online.
The Graduate Certificate of Counselling is completed part-time over 1 year and can be considered as one-half of the Graduate Diploma of Counselling. The Graduate Certificate is surrendered by students who go on to complete the Graduate Diploma of Counselling.
Students can study a single unit from either the Master of Counselling, Master of Chaplaincy & Spiritual Care, or the Graduate Certificate of Professional Supervision degrees. This is stand alone Certificate which can also be counted for Credit towards a Masters degree if they enrol within 10 years. The Single Unit itself is not an AQF award.
