ED991 Advanced Research Methods in Education

A prerequisite for this unit is ED990 - Research Methods in Education. Advanced Research Methods examines the role of ethics in research. It supports students in the selection of an appropriate research design related to a contemporary research problem of their choosing relevant to educational practice or educational leadership practice. Strategies for collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data are evaluated. In addition, students conduct a literature review and develop and present a research proposal relevant to the research problem of their choosing.
