EDL926 Effective Leading and Mentoring

Students will evaluate issues faced in the early stages of leadership and identify skills and resources that equip and enable educators to succeed in leadership. In addition, they will critique differing approaches to school leadership and identify what approach/approaches might be authentically adopted in their school. A written report will be provided by the student demonstrating their implementation of the Leadership Requirements and at least one of the Professional Practices identified in AITSL's National Professional Standard for Principals.
