The Master of Educational Leadership aims to equip and enable you to better fulfil your role as a Christian educator in leadership. Written from a Christian worldview each unit is designed to challenge and transform your thinking and practice in education. The course is offered online with lecturers who are qualified and experienced Christian educators.
Graduates may find employment at senior levels of leadership and management in schools, tertiary settings, or within other educational institutions or settings.

A four-year bachelor’s degree or combined degree in education of Master of Teaching plus two years of relevant professional experience.
OR
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline*, plus two years of relevant professional experience**
Applicants who first language is not English must demonstrate proficiency in English. This would normally be equivalent to a minimum overall IELTS score of 7.0 with the minimum score in the reading and written component being 7.0.
* “Relevant disciplines” may include arts, humanities, media, psychology, social work, business, economics, languages, linguistics, communications, policy studies, behavioural sciences, social sciences.
To complete the Master of Educational Leadership, 96 credit points (cp) are required in total. Students can choose one of two pathways through the Course.
